Thomas Bryan
Expertise: Former U.S. Census Bureau Statistician. Expert in applied demography with 30 years of experience in the US Census, data science, GIS, redistricting and managing large-scale projects. Surrounded by a large team of leading experts in multiple demographic and analytic disciplines.

Jerome McKibben
Expertise: School enrollment forecasting and school redistricting, with more than 40 years of experience and over 400 successful school enrollment and redistricting projects. Dr. McKibben brings significant experience in applied demography, using his experience to coordinate school district leadership, the public and his background in census data, school enrollment data and demographic forecasting.

Peter A. Morrison
Expertise: Retired from the RAND Corp, with more than 50 years of experience in applied demography including electoral redistricting and defending against legal challenge; store site selection; human resource analysis; evaluating employment discrimination claims; forecasting school enrollments; gauging minority representation within jury pools; and other applications of census and administrative data in monitoring local demographic contexts.

David Swanson
Expertise: More than 50 years of experience in applied demography. A leading national expert in population estimates and projections, with an unmatched breadth of experience. Dr. Swanson Over his career, Swanson has focused on demography. His research ranges from the formal (mathematical/theoretical) to the applied perspective, but also includes the development of methods as well as research in the areas of social demography and population health. Swanson has produced over 100 refereed sole- and co-authored journal articles and nine books, mainly dealing with demography, especially methods for doing small-area estimation and forecasting.
